Food and Beverage Assistant

Job Introduction

Best Western Ship Hotel, Weybridge is looking for an F&B Assistant to join our dynamic Team. The hotel is located in the heart of Weybridge on the High Street with 76 bedrooms, bar, restaurant and function facilities .

The Role

This position is full-time based on 40 hours per week, where you will be required to work 5 days out of 7.

As part of your role you will be responsible for:

- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is provided to guests
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors/management
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Skills

- Excellent food handling skills and knowledge of food safety regulations
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
